## About Arrival

We're reimagining the former MOCA building at 2200 Parks Avenue as a dynamic, year-round hub for coworking, arts, innovation, wellness, and public gathering.

Our team previously operated 1701, Virginia Beach's first coworking space. Arrival represents our next vision - a space that will serve entrepreneurs, artists, educators, and neighbors through rotating exhibits, flexible workspaces, public programs, and civic engagement opportunities.
